RC4 forced entry and gastight door

Specialist in gastight security doors, Bünkl designs, manufactures, and markets a complete range of CR4-certified burglar-resistant (according to EN 1627-1630) and gastight doors, available in single or double-leaf configurations.

This range, named “SD4 R-Lock,” features door leaves and frames made from dual-layer 30/10 EZ steel sheets, a material offering high mechanical resistance against forced entry and drilling tools. It is equipped with special seals and an automatic drop-down seal. This door provides effective protection for technical areas (cold industry, petrochemicals, etc.). It can be fitted with either a mechanical multi-point lock with automatic bolt ejection or a motorized lock for access control.

With full control over its manufacturing, Bünkl offers this CR4 gastight door in standard or custom dimensions, in single, double, or asymmetric (tierced) leaf versions. In double-leaf configurations, the semi-fixed leaf—identical in construction—is equipped with a square firefighter-style flush bolt.
